Fixed fees for advisory work, disclosed commissions for introductions, and third-party costs at cost. Nothing is contingent on an admission decision, and no school or club pays us.

Pathway review
HK$38,000
A written view of realistic schools across up to three destinations, entry points, timing, and the capital, membership and sport questions that bear on it. Credited against a full programme.
Full admissions programme

One application season, one dedicated adviser. From up to six schools in one destination to up to ten schools across destinations.

Boarding and U.S. pathway
HK$388,000
An eighteen-month engagement for Grade 9 entry to U.S. boarding or day schools: testing plan, visits, interviews, F-1 coordination and guardian arrangements.
Interview preparation
HK$28,000 for six sessions
Child and parent interviews, in person or online, with written feedback.
Hourly advice
HK$3,800 an hour
For specific questions outside a programme; minimum one hour.

Introductions

Commissions are disclosed to both parties before any introduction and are payable only on completion.

  • Club membership transfer

    3% of the transfer price, minimum HK$30,000, payable by the engaging party on completion of the club’s approval and the transfer. Club entrance, transfer and subscription fees are paid to the club.

  • Club membership rental

    One month’s rent, payable by the engaging party on signature of the club-approved arrangement.

  • School debenture or capital note transfer

    2.5% of the transfer price, minimum HK$50,000, payable by the engaging party on completion of the school’s approval and the transfer. School transfer fees, levies and legal costs are paid to the school or solicitor.

  • Searches with no completion

    No fee. A family may ask us to confirm a club’s or school’s terms as part of a pathway review at no additional charge.

Programmes

  • Coordination fee

    From HK$18,000 per programme (one child, one season), covering provider selection, bookings, supervision arrangements, examination registration and portfolio documentation.

  • Third-party costs

    Course fees, lift passes, accommodation, travel, insurance and guardian services are itemised in advance and paid at cost. AJPE takes no margin on them.

  • Multi-year pathway

    A reduced coordination fee applies from the second season for the same child.

Terms in brief

  • Advisory fees are payable 50% on engagement and 50% at submission of the first application (or at delivery for the pathway review).
  • No fee is contingent on an admission decision, and we accept no success fees.
  • We accept no payment from schools, clubs or programme providers for recommending them.
  • Where a club or school pays an introducing fee to agents as a matter of its own policy, we disclose it and credit it against our commission.
